Signing of Memorandum of Understanding Between Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development for the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program (4PH) on July 19, 2023
Lingayen Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil signed Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of LGU Lingayen between the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development for the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program (4PH) on July 19, 2023 at DHSUD Building, Kalayaan Avenue, cor. Mayaman St., Diliman, Quezon City.
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. declared 4PH as a flagship program of his administration
Mayor Bataoil said that the program is very timely, as his administration had been planning to put up housing project in Lingayen to address issues on illegal settlers and to provide decent housing for less fortunate Lingayenenses.
Joining the Mayor is Coun. Rodulfo Luigi Morosi, chairman of the Committee on Urban Planning, Housing and Resttlement of the Sangguniang Bayan of Lingayen.
Last July 17, 2023, PBBM issued Executive Order No. 34, declaring the 4PH as a flagship program of his administration and directing all government agencies to come up with an inventory of suitable lands for the said program
