The Local Youth Development Office and the Sangguniang Kabataan of Lingayen have attained 100% compliance as of March 16, 2026, in the submission of the 2025 Sangguniang Kabataan Web Portal Monitoring and Evaluation Report covering all 32 SK Councils of Lingayen through the official SK Web Portal established by the National Youth Commission. This achievement underscores the Office’s steadfast commitment to transparency, accountability, and the continued empowerment of the youth in the capital town.
