A HIGH RISK OF LIFE-THREATENING STORM SURGE
may occur within the next 48 hours.

There is a possibility of inundation from rising sea water along with high waves in the low-lying coastal communities in the provinces/municipalities ofPANGASINAN

Estimated storm surge heights: more than 3 meters
PANGASINAN (Binmaley, Dagupan City, Labrador, LINGAYEN, San Fabian and Sual)

ADVISORY:
• EVACUATION is advised
• All marine activities must be cancelled
• Move to higher grounds away from the coastal and storm surge-prone areas.
