TARA AT SUMAMA SA LINGAYEN BAGOONG FESTIVAL 2025-VLOGGING COMPETITION!

Contest Mechanics:

1. Open to all Pangasinan Vloggers.

2. Fill-out registration form until March 10, 2025 through this link: https://forms.gle/ySRRR6cZZPUNnCvD8

3. Videos must be originally taken from the 3-day event of the 2025 Lingayen Bagoong Festival Celebration.

4. The vlogs should be taken using any video camera (e.g. smartphone, action camera) in landscape orientation and in the highest quality possible.

5. Content must be minimum of 3 minutes to a maximum of 5 minutes including credits.

6. May use Tagalog, English, Pangasinan or a combination of the following dialects. The content’s language must be appropriate for an audience of all ages. Entries containing foul and offensive language will be immediately disqualified.

7.Entries must be submitted to the Municipal Information Office on or before March 26, 2025 at 12:00 noon.

8. Videos will be uploaded at the Lingayen Information Office Page, winners will be determined by 70% judging criteria (content, relevance and creativity) and 30% will come from the most number of likes/heart reactions and shares.

9. LGU Lingayen/Bagoong Festival Committee maintains the right to reproduce, reprint, distribute, perform, display, or exhibit the project for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes on the website, at conferences, or at any other venues; and

10. Participants agree to be bound by the official contest rules and decisions of the judges.

11. Announcement of winners is on March 31, 2025.
