In line with the Lingayen Capital Festival and Cultural Presentation 2026, please be informed that a motorcade will take place on January 2, 2026 (Friday) at 7:00 AM.
📍 Assembly Area: Dela Cruz Auditorium (6:00–6:30 AM)
Route: Dela Cruz Auditorium → Solis St. → Baay → Domalandan East → Domalandan Center → Balangobong → Capandanan (Turning Point) → back via Avenida Rizal St. East → Maramba Blvd. → Sto. Niño St. (Libsong West) → M. Castillo St. → Alvear St. → Maniboc Talipapa → Castillo St. (Maniboc) → Avenida Rizal St. West → Dela Cruz Auditorium (End)
Motorists are advised to take alternate routes and expect temporary traffic delays along the motorcade path from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM.
