TRAFFIC ADVISORY: LINGAYEN BAGOONG FESTIVAL 2026

Calling all motorists and festival-goers! As we gear up for the vibrant celebration of the Lingayen Bagoong Festival 2026 from March 18–20, the LGU Lingayen, Public Order and Safety Office (POSO) Lingayen and Lingayen Municipal Police Station under the proactive leadership of PLTCOL JUNMAR C GONZALES, COP announces temporary traffic rerouting to ensure a smooth flow of festivities and travel.

AFFECTED AREAS & ALTERNATE ROUTES:
To avoid road closures within the town proper, all vehicles coming from Bugallon, Aguilar, Mangatarem, and other municipalities in the Western part of Pangasinan are advised to take the following route:
–>Brgy. Baay –> Brgy. Quibaol-Matalava Road –> Binmaley/Dagupan City (and vice versa).

REMINDERS:
Duration: March 18 to 20, 2026.
Expect Delays: Please plan your trips ahead of time and expect a higher volume of traffic in the rerouting areas.
Safety First: Follow the hand signals of our police officers and traffic enforcers deployed along the routes.
