TRAFFIC ADVISORY PANGASINAN RUN 2026

The Lingayen Municipal Police Station, under the leadership of PLTCOL JUNMAR C. GONZALES, Chief of Police, informs the public regarding temporary road closures for the upcoming Pangasinan Run. To ensure the safety of all participants and the smooth flow of the event, please be guided by the following traffic adjustments:

EVENT DETAILS

Date: May 16, 2026

Time of Closure: 3:00 AM to 8:00 AM

Affected Area: The whole stretch of Lingayen–Binmaley Baywalk.

CLOSED ROUTES (LINGAYEN AREA)

The following roads leading to the Baywalk will be closed to all types of vehicles:

Pangapisan North: Aplaya Street going to Baywalk.

Maniboc: Castillo Street going to Baywalk.

Maniboc: Don Martin Domingo Street (corner El Puerto Marina) going to Baywalk.

Poblacion: Alvear Street East (from PSU interior to Airport Road).

Poblacion: Alvear II Street going to Baywalk.

Libsong West: PNP Road going to Baywalk.

Libsong East: Sitio Aliguas, Libsong Cemetery Road going to Baywalk.

CLOSED ROUTES (BINMALEY AREA)

Baybay Lopez: Baybay Lopez Road going to Baywalk.

San Isidro Norte: San Isidro Norte Road going to Baywalk.

PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND SAFETY

Personnel Deployment: PNP personnel and Barangay Traffic Enforcers will be deployed to assist motorists and manage traffic flow during the event.

Emergency Services: As detailed in the course map, ambulances, hydration stations, and marshals will be positioned along the route.

Travel Advice: We encourage everyone to take alternative routes and plan your travel ahead of time to avoid delays and inconvenience.
