The center of Severe Tropical Storm PAOLO was estimated based on all available data at 295 km West of Sinait, Ilocos Sur
• Intensity:
Maximum sustained winds of 110 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 135 km/h,
• Present Movement
West northwestward at 25 km/h
• Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 raised in LINGAYEN (Pangasinan)
