The center of Tropical Depression RAMIL was estimated based on all available data at 640 km East of Juban, Sorsogon
• Intensity
Maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 70 km/h
• Present Movement
West Southwestward at 25 km/h
• Extent of Tropical Cyclone Winds
Strong winds extend outwards up to 400 km from the center
No Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal raised in Lingayen
