The center of Typhoon FRANCISCO was estimated based on all available data at 295 km East Northeast of Basco, Batanes.

Maximum sustained winds of 140 km/h near the center,
gustiness of up to 170 km/h
➣ Present Movement
Northward at 10 km/h
➣ Extent of Tropical Cyclone Winds
Strong to typhoon-force winds extend outwards up to
360 km from the center
