OCTOBER 10-11, 2023: Two-day Training on the Fundamentals of Cooperative w/ Lingayen Dagupan Transport Cooperative Officers held at Limahong Tourism Center (LTC), Brgy. Pangapisan North, Lingayen, Pangasinan, with the support of our Municipal Mayor Leopoldo N Bataoil and Vice Mayor Mac Dexter G. Malicdem.
