YOUTH OF LINGAYEN, THIS IS OUR TIME!

Young people of Lingayen, in celebration of this month’s International Youth Day and even the celebration of Youth Week 2025, our local government under the leadership of Mayor Josefina V is inviting you. Castaneda and through Local Youth Development Office-Lingayen , Sangguniang Kabataan of Lingayen and the youth organizations/youth serving organization of the Local Youth Development Council, to unite and join the activities that we will launch this August until September in our beloved town of Lingayen.
The purpose of the celebration is to showcase the unity, volunteerism and excellence of Lingayense youth. It covers ten (10) centers of participation of National Youth Commission from Health, Governance, Active Citizenship, Social Inclusion & Equity, Economic Empowerment, Education, Environment, Global Mobility, Agriculture and Peace Building & Security and the advancement of Peace Corps Philippines and Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency purpose on the importance of volunteerism especially in the sector of youth.
